2016 MCMBA FAFL Awards


Congrats to our 2016 FAFL award winners! 

For almost 20 years, we have recognized significant volunteer efforts with the First Across the Finish Line (FAFL) awards.  Each of these volunteers has reported at least 10 hours of boots on the ground trailwork this year at a chapter trail or at least 30 hours of other chapter advocacy work to further our goals.     The new Northville Trails are open and ready for use. There is an official opening planned for mid-June, but the trails are open for general use. The mountain bike trail is around 2 miles (for now) and well-suited to beginners. Please be aware, the surface needs to be packed down and can get pretty soft…
