Each year we set aside a day to ride Highland Recreation trails backwards, (in a reverse direction) to have some fun and to honor Carlos Ramirez.
The mountain bike trails will be open for riding backwards, from Saturday morning to 4:00pm in the afternoon. Just follow the orange arrows.
All MTB trails are backwards.
There will be a group ride leaving At 10:00, with a BBQ afterwards.
Friends of Rouge Park is doing their park-wide cleanup and providing hot dog lunch after! Grab your gloves and loppers and help clean up litter, trim back the path along Joy Rd, shovel some mulch, or help clear invasives blocking the scenic views of the Rouge.
